A lightly built serif with slab-like, flared terminals and a wiry, monoline feel. Strokes stay fairly even, but the outlines show intentional roughness and slight wobble, giving the letters an inked, imperfect texture. Serifs are short and blunt with subtle bracketing, and many joins and terminals end in small nicks or hooks. Proportions are compact with a relatively low x-height and lively width variation from glyph to glyph, producing an uneven, human rhythm across lines.

Works well for display settings where texture and personality are desirable—posters, book covers, labels/packaging, and brand marks that want a vintage or handmade voice. It can also suit short editorial headings or pull quotes, especially when paired with a quieter text face.

The overall tone feels typewriter-adjacent and hand-finished—old-timey, slightly spooky, and playful rather than formal. Its rough edges and irregular cadence suggest DIY printing, folk ephemera, and vintage stationery, adding character and tactility to short messages.

The design appears intended to blend slab-serif structure with a deliberately imperfect, ink-printed surface, creating a typewriter/letterpress-like impression without looking rigidly mechanical. Its low x-height and uneven details prioritize atmosphere and character over neutral readability.

In text, the irregular stroke edges and small serif spurs remain visible and contribute most of the personality; this texture can become busy at smaller sizes or in long passages. Numerals and uppercase carry the same distressed, ink-worn treatment, helping headings and callouts feel cohesive.
