A jagged, hand-drawn serif with tapered strokes and irregular, scratch-like terminals. Letterforms show uneven stroke edges and occasional blotty joins, creating a worn ink-on-paper texture. Proportions are compact with a tight rhythm, and widths vary noticeably from glyph to glyph, reinforcing the handmade feel. The caps mix simple classical skeletons with distressed detailing (notably in C, E, F, T), while the lowercase is narrow and slightly angular with modest bowls and sparse, sharp serifs. Numerals are similarly lean and calligraphic, with asymmetric curves and roughened contours.

Best suited to display settings such as horror and thriller titles, Halloween or haunted-attraction promotions, and atmospheric packaging or labels. It can also work for game UI headings, chapter openers, and poster typography where an aged, handcrafted mood is desired; for longer passages it will read more as texture than as a neutral text face.

The overall tone feels eerie and ritualistic, like distressed lettering from a gothic folktale or a weathered spellbook page. Its scratchy edges and uneven ink suggest age, tension, and atmosphere rather than polish, making it read as dramatic and slightly unsettling.

The design appears intended to mimic distressed, hand-inked lettering—combining a serifed skeleton with purposeful roughness and uneven terminals to evoke worn print and ominous, narrative flavor.

Texture is built into the outlines rather than relying on heavy weight, so the font’s character comes through most in larger sizes where the ragged terminals and ink-like nicks remain legible. Straight strokes often end in pointed wedges, while curves retain subtle wobble that keeps lines of text lively and irregular.
