A delicate italic serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and sharp, hairline finishing strokes. The forms lean with a smooth, continuous rhythm, and many joins feel pen-influenced, especially in the lowercase where entry/exit strokes taper gracefully. Serifs are fine and bracketed, with crisp terminals and a generally open, readable construction; counters remain clear despite the high contrast. Uppercase proportions are stately and slightly narrow in feel, while the lowercase shows lively cursive flow with long ascenders and modest, rounded bowls.

Well suited to book and long-form editorial settings where an elegant italic is needed for emphasis, quotations, or refined typographic color. It also fits magazines, cultural publications, and formal materials such as invitations or programs where a classic, polished tone is desirable.

The overall tone is refined and literary, evoking traditional book typography and editorial elegance. Its gentle slant and calligraphic modulation suggest sophistication and a measured, formal voice rather than a casual or utilitarian one.

The design appears intended as a conventional text serif italic with a strong nod to calligraphic tradition, balancing readability with a pronounced, graceful contrast. It aims to provide a refined italic voice that can carry extended passages while still feeling distinctly elegant.

Numerals follow the same italic, high-contrast logic, with graceful curves and thin, tapering ends that suit continuous text. Spacing appears even and controlled in the sample paragraph, supporting a smooth reading texture while keeping a distinctly ornamental sparkle from the hairlines.
