This serif typeface shows pronounced thick–thin modulation with crisp hairlines and sculpted, flared stroke endings that broaden as they meet the baseline and cap line. Serifs are bracketed and wedge-like rather than blocky, giving verticals a gently carved, chiseled finish. Capitals feel stately and slightly wide in their round forms, with clean joins and generous interior space; the diagonals in letters like K, V, W, and X are sharply cut and contrast strongly with the main stems. Lowercase maintains an even, readable rhythm with open counters and clear entry/exit strokes; the two-storey a and g and the compact, well-defined bowls in b, d, p, and q reinforce a traditional book-seriffed structure. Numerals follow the same high-contrast logic, with refined curves and thin connecting strokes that keep the set light on its feet.

It works well for editorial typography—magazines, books, and cultural writing—where its high-contrast rhythm and refined serifs can add voice. The crisp capitals and sculpted terminals make it effective for headlines, pull quotes, and title typography, and it can also support premium branding where a classic, literary impression is desired.

The overall tone is polished and cultured, leaning toward a timeless, literary character rather than a purely neutral workhorse. Its high-contrast sparkle and flared finishing strokes suggest sophistication and a hint of ceremonial formality, suitable for settings that want authority without heaviness.

The design appears intended to reinterpret classical serif proportions with a more sculptural, flared finishing language, creating a bright, high-contrast color on the page. It aims to balance traditional readability with a distinctive, elegant signature in display and editorial contexts.

In text, the strong contrast produces a bright, crisp texture, while the flared terminals help keep strokes visually anchored. The italic is not shown; all samples appear upright. At smaller sizes, the thin hairlines may require sufficient resolution or printing quality to preserve detail.
