A very light italic slab-serif with long, tapered stems and delicate bracketed slabs that read as fine horizontal terminals. The forms show clear calligraphic construction: curved strokes swell subtly and then thin into hairline joins, while counters remain open and generously proportioned. Capitals are crisp and classical, with a balanced, upright skeleton that’s simply slanted, and lowercase includes looped and flowing shapes (notably in a, e, g, and y) that add movement without becoming script-like. Numerals are slender and slightly oldstyle in feel, with smooth curves and fine entry/exit strokes that keep the overall color light.

It works well for editorial headlines, pull quotes, and short-to-medium text where a polished italic voice is desired. The light color and crisp slab terminals can also suit invitations, premium packaging, and branding systems that want a refined serif accent, especially when set with ample size and leading.

The font conveys a quiet, cultured tone—more bookish and sophisticated than utilitarian—while still feeling restrained and orderly. Its thin, slanted rhythm suggests elegance and formality, suited to refined editorial settings rather than loud display.

The design appears intended to offer a formal italic companion with slab-serif cues—combining a classical, literary texture with a distinctive, hairline elegance. It prioritizes grace, rhythm, and a traditional typographic voice over heavy, rugged slab presence.

Because the strokes and serifs are extremely fine, the face will appear sensitive to size and reproduction conditions; it maintains grace best where its hairlines can remain intact. Spacing feels measured and traditional, with a gentle rightward flow typical of italic text.
