A high-contrast serif italic with a strong rightward slant and a distinctly calligraphic rhythm. Strokes move from very thin hairlines to heavy main stems, with tapered entry/exit strokes and bracketed wedge-like serifs that give the forms a carved, inked feel. The lowercase shows lively movement with occasional swash tendencies and varied stroke terminals, while the uppercase remains more restrained but still angled and energetic. Counters are moderately open, curves are smoothly modeled, and overall spacing feels slightly fluid, reinforcing a handwritten-into-type impression.

Best suited to headlines, pull quotes, and short-to-medium passages where an elegant italic voice is desirable. It can work well for book and magazine titling, premium branding, and formal materials such as invitations or certificates, especially when set with generous size and line spacing to preserve the fine hairlines.

The font conveys a traditional, literary tone—confident and expressive rather than neutral. Its dramatic contrast and italic motion suggest refinement and ceremony, with a hint of vintage print character suited to classic storytelling and editorial settings.

The design appears intended to provide a conventional serif structure infused with a bold, calligraphic italic personality. Its combination of classic proportions and emphatic contrast suggests a display-leaning italic meant to add elegance and motion while remaining recognizable and traditionally grounded.

Diagonal stress is evident across rounded letters, and many characters end in pointed, tapered terminals that heighten the sense of speed and emphasis. Numerals follow the same italic, contrasty construction, appearing display-forward and most comfortable at sizes where hairlines won’t disappear.
