This is a slanted, calligraphic roman with pronounced thick–thin modulation and tapered stroke endings. Letterforms show a broad, brush- or pen-like construction with sharp joins, pointed terminals, and occasional wedge-like serifs that appear as finishing strokes rather than rigid slabs. Proportions are slightly narrow with a lively, irregular rhythm typical of hand-driven writing, while counters stay fairly open for readability in short text. Capitals have a dignified, slightly flourish-prone presence, and the numerals follow the same calligraphic logic with curving spines and tapered entry/exit strokes.

It suits display roles where a formal, calligraphic voice is desired—wedding or event invitations, certificates and awards, editorial headlines, pull quotes, and book or chapter titling. It will be most effective at medium to large sizes where the contrast and tapered terminals can be appreciated without crowding.

The font conveys a formal, cultured tone—evoking traditional penmanship, bookish headings, and ceremonial writing. Its energetic slant and crisp contrast add drama and movement, giving it a refined yet expressive character rather than a purely mechanical italic.

The design appears intended to mimic traditional italic pen lettering with high contrast and expressive finishing strokes, offering a dignified alternative to connected scripts. Its goal is to balance calligraphic personality with the clarity of unjoined letterforms for short, prominent text.

Diagonal strokes and bowls often show subtle swelling through the mid-stroke, with terminals finishing in sharp hooks or soft flicks. Spacing feels intentionally varied to preserve a handwritten cadence, so the texture reads more like crafted calligraphy than a strict text face.
