A razor-thin, high-contrast serif with hairline horizontals and tapered, flaring terminals that read as softly bracketed rather than blunt. The design feels calligraphic in its stroke modulation: joins and curves swell subtly into stems, while exits pinch to needle points, giving letters a sharp, polished finish. Capitals are tall and poised with generous counters (notably in O/C/G), and spacing is open enough to keep the delicate strokes from clogging. The lowercase maintains a moderate x-height with long, fine ascenders and clean, rounded bowls; details like the single-storey g and the slender, curved tail on q reinforce the airy, crafted texture. Numerals follow the same hairline logic with smooth curves and refined entry/exit strokes, producing an overall rhythm that is light, precise, and intentionally ornamental without becoming ornate.

Best suited to display settings such as magazine headlines, fashion and beauty branding, luxury packaging, and refined titling where its contrast and flared endings can be appreciated. It can work for short editorial passages or pull quotes when set with comfortable size and leading, but it is most compelling when used to create a premium, high-impact typographic voice.

The font conveys a couture, editorial tone—cool, composed, and upscale—with a theatrical edge created by the extreme contrast and needle-like finishing strokes. It suggests prestige and sophistication, lending content a curated, high-end voice rather than a neutral, utilitarian one.

The design appears intended to modernize classic high-contrast serif principles with flared, calligraphic finishing, prioritizing elegance and visual drama over neutrality. Its proportions and crisp detailing aim to deliver a polished editorial texture that feels premium and contemporary.

At text sizes the face maintains a graceful color but the very thin connecting strokes and terminals become the defining characteristic, so optical sizing and careful reproduction (print quality, screen rendering) will strongly affect perceived clarity. The wide, open rounds and restrained serifs help preserve legibility, while distinctive forms like the sharp diagonal in x and the sweeping descenders add personality in headlines.
