This is a slanted, calligraphic serif with smooth, brush-like modulation and rounded, teardrop terminals. Capitals are built from bold entry strokes and generous looped curls, giving many letters a swash-like presence without fully connecting. Lowercase forms are more compact and upright in structure but keep the same soft, curved finishing strokes and a notably small x-height, creating a strong ascender/descender rhythm. Figures are similarly stylized, with curved spines and decorative terminals that match the letterforms’ looping logic.

It performs best in display contexts where its swashy capitals and calligraphic rhythm can be appreciated—such as invitations, greeting cards, book covers, product labels, and brand marks. It can work for short pull quotes or subheads, but is best kept out of long body text where the compact x-height and decorative terminals may reduce readability.

The overall tone feels refined and old-fashioned, with a romantic, bookish character. Its flourished capitals and soft curves add a touch of ceremony and charm, reading as both tasteful and slightly playful rather than strictly sober.

The design appears intended to evoke formal pen lettering in a controlled, typographic way: decorative capitals for emphasis, paired with a simpler but still stylized lowercase for readable word shapes. The consistent looping terminals suggest a focus on creating a distinctive, signature-like texture for titling and branding.

Stroke endings consistently taper into rounded bulbs or curled hooks, and many letters show inward-turning terminals that create a lively texture across words. The italic angle and narrow proportions help lines feel dynamic, but the pronounced swashes and compact lowercase can make dense setting feel busy at smaller sizes.
