A serif italic with a sculpted, flared stroke finish and gently bracketed terminals. The letterforms show a consistent rightward slant and a smooth, calligraphic rhythm, with round bowls and tapered joins that keep the texture open and light on the page. Serifs are understated and often resolve as sharpened, wedge-like endings rather than flat slabs, while curves (notably in C, G, O, Q) stay broad and even. Lowercase forms are fluid and slightly cursive in feel, with a single-storey a and g, a narrow, hooked f, and an italic y with a sweeping descender; figures are similarly slanted and airy with generous counters.

Well suited to editorial typography where an italic voice is needed—introductions, pull quotes, captions, and tasteful emphasis in body copy. It also fits refined print applications such as invitations, programs, and cultural branding where a traditional yet lively serif italic can carry personality without overpowering content.

The overall tone feels classic and cultured, with a bookish sophistication that reads as formal without becoming stiff. Its italic movement and tapered detailing add a lyrical, humanist warmth suited to expressive text.

The design appears intended as a graceful, text-friendly italic that borrows from calligraphic construction while keeping proportions and spacing disciplined. The flared, tapered endings and measured contrast aim to deliver an elegant page color and a distinctive, classical italic character.

Spacing appears moderate with clear internal whitespace, giving long lines a calm, continuous flow. The design’s flare and taper create crisp edges at display sizes while remaining gentle enough for comfortable reading in short-to-medium text settings.
