A refined serif with extreme stroke modulation and a distinctive inline cut that runs through most stems and bowls, creating a carved, engraved look. Serifs are sharp and delicate, with tapered joins and crisp, triangular finishing that emphasizes verticality. Uppercase forms are stately and open, while the lowercase mixes compact bowls with tall, slender ascenders and slightly calligraphic curves; counters remain generous despite the interior linework. Numerals follow the same high-contrast, ornamental construction, with elegant curves and narrow transitions that feel suited to display sizes.

Best suited for headlines, titles, and short passages where the inline engraving can be appreciated. It works well for luxury branding, editorial spreads, invitations, and premium packaging, and is most effective when given ample size and breathing room.

The overall tone is sophisticated and ceremonial, evoking fashion mastheads, bookish elegance, and old-world engraving. The inline treatment adds a touch of drama and boutique luxury, reading as decorative rather than utilitarian.

The design appears intended as a modern display serif that borrows from engraved and fashion-oriented aesthetics, using extreme contrast and a consistent inline channel to add ornament and distinction without relying on swashes or excessive flourishes.

The internal line creates busy texture in dense settings, especially where strokes get thin or overlaps occur, so spacing and size become important to keep the pattern from visually filling in. Curved letters (C, G, O, Q, S) showcase the most pronounced ornamental rhythm, while straighter letters (E, F, H, I) read more architectural and formal.
