A delicate serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and crisp hairline terminals. The serifs are fine and largely bracketed, giving joins a soft, sculpted transition rather than abrupt slabs. Round letters show clear vertical stress and smooth, open bowls, while capitals keep a stately proportion with sharp apexes and tapered diagonals (notably in A, V, W, and Y). Lowercase forms are restrained and readable, with a two-storey g, a compact e with a light cross-stroke, and generally narrow, vertical stems that create an even, lightly textured page color.

Best suited to display and larger text settings such as magazine typography, book jackets, section heads, pull quotes, and refined brand wordmarks. It can also work for short passages in print-oriented layouts where the elegant contrast and fine detailing are allowed to breathe.

The overall tone is polished and high-end, evoking editorial and bookish sophistication rather than utilitarian neutrality. Its high-contrast elegance reads as formal and composed, with a slight fashion/print sensibility that feels premium and considered.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on a classic high-contrast serif: graceful, legible in display contexts, and visually premium. Its careful modulation and restrained proportions aim for an authoritative yet light-footed presence.

In the text sample, the light hairlines and fine serifs create a bright, airy rhythm, especially at larger sizes where the contrast becomes a defining feature. Numerals follow the same refined logic, pairing thin horizontals with stronger verticals for a coherent, classic texture.
