A condensed display serif with sharp wedge-like serifs, beaked terminals, and pronounced thick–thin modulation. Strokes taper aggressively into pointed feet and bracketless-looking spurs, giving counters a pinched, vertical emphasis. Round letters (O, C, G) appear tall and narrow with tight inner space, while diagonals (V, W, X, Y) keep crisp joints and tapered ends. Lowercase forms are similarly narrow with compact bowls and distinctive, slightly calligraphic entry/exit strokes; numerals share the same verticality and high-contrast, pointed finishing details.

Best suited to display settings where its condensed width and pointed serif details can be appreciated—posters, headlines, event or theatrical collateral, storefront/signage, and brand marks that want a vintage showbill or western feel. It can also work for short pull quotes or labels when set with generous size and spacing.

The overall tone feels theatrical and period-referential, with a strong nineteenth-century poster flavor. Its sharp serifs and dramatic contrast create a bold, declarative voice that reads as vintage, showbill, and slightly gothic—more expressive than neutral.

The design appears intended as a dramatic, space-saving display serif for attention-grabbing typography, combining condensed proportions with sharp, ornamental serif construction to evoke historical advertising and stage-poster aesthetics.

Rhythm is strongly vertical, with tight sidebearings and an emphasis on tall stems. The sharp terminals and narrow counters increase sparkle at larger sizes but can reduce clarity when set small or in dense paragraphs.
