A heavy, slab-serif display face with chunky proportions and compact counters. Strokes are broadly consistent but intentionally uneven, with rough, chipped edges and occasional bumps that suggest worn printing or ink spread. Serifs are short and blocky, and curves (notably in O, C, and G) show subtly lumpy outlines. The lowercase is sturdy and readable, with simple forms and a slightly irregular rhythm that becomes part of the texture in text.

Best suited to short-to-medium display copy where its distressed texture can be appreciated: posters, bold headings, product labels, and signage-style layouts. It can also work for brand marks or badges when a rugged, retro impression is desired, but the rough edges may be visually busy for long-form reading at small sizes.

The overall tone is bold and weathered, evoking old posters, stamped ephemera, and rustic signage. Its distressed contouring adds grit and character, creating a handmade, imperfect feel that reads as vintage and outdoorsy rather than refined.

Designed to deliver a strong slab-serif silhouette while adding intentional wear and irregularity for a timeworn, printed look. The goal appears to be high impact with a tactile, imperfect surface that feels authentic and characterful in display applications.

The texture is consistent across letters and figures, giving headlines a cohesive, printed patina. In paragraph-like settings the roughness remains visible, so the type’s personality stays prominent even at moderate sizes.
