A formal script with a pronounced rightward slant and strong thick–thin modulation reminiscent of pointed-pen calligraphy. Strokes taper sharply into hairlines and finish with rounded, teardrop-like terminals and occasional entry/exit flicks. Capitals are ornate and compact, built from looping bowls and extended lead-in/lead-out strokes, while lowercase forms are narrow and tightly spaced with a very low x-height and tall ascenders/descenders.
