A jagged display face with sharp, thorn-like terminals and irregular, torn-looking contours. Strokes show pronounced thick–thin shifts, with many letters built from narrow vertical stems and abrupt, angular protrusions that create a distressed silhouette. Counters are often tight or partially pinched by inward spikes, and curves are frequently faceted into pointed shoulders rather than smooth arcs. Overall rhythm is lively and uneven, emphasizing aggressive edge texture over calm, even color on the line.

Best suited to short, high-impact settings such as horror and thriller titles, Halloween promotions, haunted attraction posters, and dark-themed game or event branding. It can work for logos or wordmarks where a harsh, unsettling texture is desirable, but the aggressive edges make it less appropriate for long passages or small UI text.

The font projects a hostile, haunted tone—like scratched lettering carved into wood or cut from shadow. Its spines and abrupt tapers suggest danger and tension, making text feel animated and unsettling even at larger sizes.

The design appears intended to deliver an instant “scare” aesthetic through razor terminals, distressed outlines, and dramatic thick–thin contrast, prioritizing atmosphere and character over neutrality. Its letterforms are built to read as sharp and volatile, amplifying tension in display typography.

Uppercase forms read as bold, emblematic shapes with pronounced spikes, while the lowercase appears more wiry and irregular, increasing the distressed effect in continuous text. Numerals follow the same sharp, chipped styling and hold up as attention-grabbing figures rather than neutral text numbers.
