A delicate high-contrast serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and crisp hairline finishing. The design favors vertical stems and a calm, upright stance, with finely bracketed (often nearly unbracketed) serifs that read sharp at display sizes. Curves are clean and controlled, counters are generous, and the overall rhythm is airy due to the light hairlines and open spacing. Lowercase forms stay traditional and readable, with a two-storey g and a compact, tidy ear; numerals and capitals feel tall and poised, with elegant proportions and restrained detailing.

Well-suited to editorial typography such as magazine features, culture pages, and book or chapter titling where high contrast can shine. It can also support premium branding systems (logotypes, packaging, beauty and fashion collateral) and formal invitations when paired with ample whitespace and considered sizing.

The tone is polished and formal, leaning toward classic print elegance. Its light touch and strong contrast create a sense of luxury and restraint, suggesting fashion, culture, and high-end editorial contexts rather than utilitarian signage.

The font appears designed to deliver a contemporary take on classic high-contrast serif refinement—prioritizing elegance, sharpness, and a luxurious page color for display and editorial composition.

At larger sizes the hairlines and sharp serifs deliver a crisp, sophisticated sparkle, while at smaller sizes the extreme contrast may call for careful size and medium choice. The italics are not shown; the roman has a distinctly modern, refined cadence with prominent vertical emphasis.
