A refined serif with pronounced thick–thin modulation and a predominantly vertical stress, giving the design a crisp, high-fashion rhythm. Hairline, bracketed serifs and needle-like terminals contrast with sturdy main stems, while curves are smooth and tightly controlled. Proportions feel open with generous sidebearings and slightly condensed internal counters in some forms, producing an airy but authoritative texture in setting. Numerals follow the same contrast logic, with elegant, tapered diagonals and delicate finishing strokes.

Well suited to editorial typography—magazine headlines, pull quotes, and refined book or chapter titling—where contrast and sharp serifs can shine. It also fits luxury-oriented branding and packaging, and works effectively for display sizes on posters and invitations; for extended text, it performs best when given adequate size and line spacing to preserve its fine details.

The overall tone is polished and elevated, reading as elegant and premium rather than casual. Its sharp details and dramatic contrast bring a sense of sophistication suited to culturally “upscale” contexts, while maintaining a calm, composed presence in longer lines.

The design appears intended to deliver a contemporary take on a classical text serif: high contrast, elegant finishing, and a controlled, consistent rhythm for sophisticated typography. It prioritizes stylish impact and refinement while remaining structured enough for polished editorial composition.

Capital shapes lean toward classical, inscriptional proportions with clean horizontals and decisive diagonals; the ‘Q’ shows a distinctive sweeping tail that adds personality without breaking the formal voice. Lowercase forms remain restrained and readable, with a consistent baseline and neatly finished joins that keep the texture even in paragraph samples.
