This typeface uses a blackletter-inspired structure with faceted, angular strokes and small wedge-like terminals that give a cut, chiseled feel. Stems are generally straight and vertical, with sharp joins and occasional broken curves that maintain a consistent rhythm across the alphabet. Counters tend to be compact and geometric, while capitals are narrow and prominent with pointed tops and distinctive internal cuts. Numerals follow the same pointed, segmented construction, keeping the overall texture even and tightly patterned in text.

Best suited to display settings such as headlines, posters, book covers, labels, and branding where a historic or ceremonial tone is desired. It can work for short passages or pull quotes when set with generous tracking and leading, but its dense blackletter texture is most effective in larger sizes.

The overall tone is medieval and ceremonial, evoking manuscript titling and traditional Germanic signage. Its sharp edges and restrained ornamentation create a serious, authoritative voice with a slightly dramatic, storybook atmosphere.

The design appears intended to deliver a historically rooted blackletter color with cleaner, more geometric construction and controlled ornament. Its consistent faceting and pointed terminals suggest an aim for legible, repeatable letterforms that still preserve a traditional, manuscript-like presence.

In continuous text the face forms a dark, patterned texture with strong vertical emphasis and clear word shapes, aided by open spacing between letters relative to the dense internal counters. The mix of straight stems and angled terminals produces a consistent, carved rhythm that reads as deliberate and crafted rather than casual.
