This serif shows crisp, bracketed serifs and a pronounced thick–thin stroke contrast that reads cleanly at display sizes while still feeling suited to continuous text. Curves are smoothly modeled with slightly tapered joins, and many terminals end in sharp, beak-like points that add bite without becoming decorative. Proportions feel open and steady, with generous counters in letters like O, e, and a, and a rhythmic, slightly modulated texture across the sample paragraph. Figures follow the same contrast and serif logic, with rounded forms in 6/8/9 and a sturdy, legible 4 and 7.

It fits well for book interiors, long-form editorial, and magazine text where a classic serif texture is desired. The strong contrast and crisp serifs also make it effective for section heads, pull quotes, and refined branding applications that need a traditional, trustworthy tone.

The overall tone is traditional and editorial, evoking book typography, academic publishing, and heritage branding. Its sharp terminals and clear contrast add a confident, slightly emphatic voice that can feel authoritative without tipping into ornate or old-world styling.

The design appears intended as a conventional text serif with a polished, print-oriented feel—prioritizing familiar letterforms, clear stroke modulation, and a composed reading rhythm, while adding subtle sharp terminals for distinction in larger sizes.

Uppercase forms look balanced and conventional, with a structured, readable skeleton; the Q’s sweeping tail and the pointed joins on V/W/X contribute extra character in headings. Lowercase shows familiar text-seriffing with a two-storey g and compact, well-defined serifs that keep word shapes crisp. Spacing appears even in the sample text, producing a composed, column-friendly color.
