A heavy, compact serif with sturdy proportions and softened geometry. Strokes stay largely even in weight, while terminals and joins broaden subtly into flared, bracket-like endings that read as squared and slightly rounded at the corners. Counters are tight and openings are modest, creating a dense color on the page; the lowercase is squat with a short-armed r and strong, squared bowls (notably in b, d, p, q). Numerals follow the same blocky rhythm with rounded rectangles and firm, flattened curves.

Best suited to display settings where weight and presence are needed: headlines, poster typography, storefront or wayfinding-style signage, and bold brand marks. It can also work for packaging and labels where a vintage, sturdy flavor is desired, especially at medium-to-large sizes.

The overall tone feels retro-industrial and assertive, with a workmanlike solidity that also nods to vintage signage and sports titling. Its chunky shapes and controlled rounding give it an approachable toughness rather than a sharp, formal voice.

The design appears aimed at delivering a strong, highly legible display voice with a vintage-leaning, utilitarian character. The flared serif cues and rounded, compact construction suggest an intention to feel robust and familiar while staying clean and contemporary in rhythm.

Uppercase forms are broadly constructed and stable, with prominent top bars and compact interiors that hold together well at large sizes. The serif treatment is more about flared reinforcement than delicate finishing, which helps maintain a consistent, impactful texture in words and short lines.
