A delicate italic serif with a smooth, calligraphic stroke flow and gently bracketed serifs. The letterforms lean with a consistent rightward slant and show moderate thick–thin modulation that stays restrained rather than dramatic. Curves are broad and open, with generous counters and a slightly tapering, pen-like finish at terminals. Capitals feel poised and formal, while the lowercase maintains an even rhythm with softly cupped joins, a lightly looping "g," and a long-tailed "Q" that adds distinctive character. Figures are similarly slanted and refined, with thin entry/exit strokes and subtle serifed detailing.

Well-suited to editorial settings where an italic voice is needed—introductions, pull quotes, captions, and literary passages. Its refined detailing also fits invitations, certificates, and boutique branding, and it can serve as a display italic for book and magazine titling when a classical, elegant mood is desired.

The overall tone is cultured and quietly expressive—more bookish and aristocratic than loud or flamboyant. Its light touch and flowing italic posture suggest tradition, ceremony, and editorial polish, giving text a graceful, slightly romantic cadence.

The font appears designed to provide a graceful, traditionally grounded italic with enough distinctive serif and terminal shaping to stand out in headings while remaining readable in longer excerpts. It aims to evoke classic print typography through controlled contrast, open forms, and calligraphic nuance rather than overt decoration.

The design relies on tapered terminals and small, carefully shaped serifs to create texture without heaviness, producing a bright page color at larger sizes. Spacing and proportions read comfortable and measured, supporting continuous reading while still offering a few ornamental moments in select capitals and the ampersand.
