A bold, all-caps-forward serif with sturdy verticals, sharp wedge-like terminals, and slightly flared strokes that echo inscriptional and oldstyle cues. The outlines are intentionally broken up with irregular chips and speckled voids through the strokes, creating a worn-print texture while keeping the underlying letterforms clear. Curves are broad and open, counters stay generous, and the overall rhythm feels firm and evenly spaced despite the distressed surface.

Best suited to short, bold applications where the texture can read clearly—posters, event flyers, album/playlist artwork, apparel graphics, craft packaging, and headline treatments. It can work for brief pull quotes or titling, but extended body text will look dense and visually noisy at smaller sizes.

The distressed texture and sharp serifs give the face a gritty, DIY character that reads as tough, rebellious, and urban. It evokes worn signage, stamped packaging, and weathered print ephemera—confident and a little confrontational rather than polished.

The design aims to pair classic serif structure with a deliberately degraded surface, delivering a readable display face that feels printed, worn, and tactile. The goal is impact and attitude rather than neutrality, using erosion and broken ink to add instant atmosphere.

The distressing is distributed across most strokes (not just edges), so the texture remains visible even at larger sizes and can become visually busy when reduced. Capitals appear particularly strong and poster-ready, while lowercase maintains the same roughened treatment for a cohesive, textured page color.
