A delicate italic serif with a strongly calligraphic construction and very thin, hairline strokes. The letterforms show gently bracketed serifs and tapered terminals, with a consistent rightward slant and a flowing, cursive-like rhythm rather than rigid typography. Curves are smooth and open, counters are generous, and joins feel lightly drawn, giving the alphabet a fine, high-contrast appearance even though the overall contrast remains controlled. Capitals are narrow and poised with understated entry/exit strokes, while the lowercase uses looped and slightly swashy forms (notably in f, g, j, y) that add movement. Numerals share the same light, angled stress, with simple, elegant shapes and minimal ornamentation.

Well-suited for editorial applications where an expressive italic is needed, such as pull quotes, intros, or emphasis within serif text. It also fits refined titling for books and magazines, formal invitations and announcements, and premium branding where a light, graceful typographic voice is desired.

The font conveys sophistication and restraint, with an airy, cultured tone reminiscent of formal correspondence and editorial italics. Its thin strokes and flowing forms feel luxurious and quiet, prioritizing grace and cadence over strong color on the page.

The font appears designed to provide a classical, calligraphy-informed italic with a light touch—capturing the elegance of handwritten strokes while maintaining the structure and clarity expected of a conventional serif text companion.

The design leans on long, tapering strokes and fine serifs, so it reads best when given room—larger sizes, comfortable leading, and sufficient contrast against the background. The italic angle and lively curves create a distinct texture in running text, especially in combinations with many ascenders/descenders.
