A delicate serif with very strong thick–thin modulation and crisp hairlines, producing a sharply etched texture. Serifs are fine and bracketed lightly, with pointed, tapered terminals that give many strokes a calligraphic finish. Proportions are tall and condensed, with narrow counters and a pronounced vertical rhythm; curves are controlled and slightly flattened, keeping the overall silhouette disciplined. The lowercase shows slim stems with small bowls and compact apertures, and the figures follow the same refined contrast with narrow, upright forms.

Best suited to display-oriented typography such as magazine headlines, pull quotes, book jackets, and formal invitations where its crisp contrast can be appreciated. It can also work for refined branding and titling systems that benefit from a tall, elegant serif presence, with body text reserved for larger sizes and comfortable leading.

The tone is formal and cultured, leaning toward a classic, bookish elegance. Its sharp contrast and tall stance evoke editorial sophistication and a slightly historic, engraved sensibility rather than casual warmth.

The design appears intended to deliver a refined, classical serif voice with dramatic contrast and a condensed, vertical cadence. It prioritizes elegance and typographic sparkle, aiming for a sophisticated display character that still reads as a conventional text serif in structure.

At text sizes the extreme modulation creates a lively shimmer, while the narrow widths pack words tightly and emphasize verticality. The design’s pointed terminals and hairline joins reward higher-resolution output and careful spacing, especially in mixed-case settings.
