A heavy, condensed display face with blunt terminals and strongly irregular, ragged contours. Strokes keep an even, low-contrast thickness while the edges wobble and chip, creating a carved or distressed silhouette rather than smooth curves. Counters are relatively tight and sometimes pinched, and the overall rhythm feels intentionally uneven, with subtle width and sidebearing variation across letters and figures. The lowercase maintains a tall, assertive presence, and the numerals carry the same torn, cutout-like texture for consistent impact.

Best suited to short display settings such as poster headlines, title cards, packaging callouts, and branding for spooky events or horror-themed entertainment. It works well where high impact and texture are desired—particularly in large sizes on simple backgrounds—rather than for extended reading.

The texture reads as eerie and distressed, evoking horror posters, haunted-house signage, and vintage monster-movie titling. Its rough edges and chunky massing create a sense of menace and grime with a playful, theatrical undertone rather than refined elegance.

The design appears aimed at delivering instant horror atmosphere through massy letterforms and a deliberately distressed edge treatment. By keeping the core shapes simple and upright while roughening the silhouette, it prioritizes legibility at display sizes alongside a strong thematic voice.

The distressed perimeter becomes more prominent at larger sizes, where the chipped notches and wavy edges function as a defining visual motif. In longer lines of text the dense color can feel busy, so it’s best treated as a display style where the roughness can be appreciated.
