This serif shows pronounced thick–thin modulation with hairline transitions and crisp, bracketed serifs. Capitals are stately and high-waisted with narrow joins and sharp, tapered terminals, while the overall rhythm is built from strong vertical strokes and compact counters. Lowercase forms keep a traditional structure with a two-storey a and g, a narrow, sharply-shouldered n/m, and teardrop-like terminals that emphasize the contrast. Numerals and punctuation follow the same high-contrast logic, with sculpted curves and fine finishing details that read as intentionally refined at display sizes.

Best suited to editorial design, magazine headlines, luxury branding, and other display-forward applications where fine contrast can be appreciated. It can also work for short passages such as intros, captions, or pull quotes when set large enough to preserve its hairline details.

The tone is polished and dramatic, leaning toward luxury and high-end editorial styling. Its contrast and razor-fine detailing create a sense of sophistication and formality, with an assertive, fashion-forward presence in headlines and pull quotes.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic, conventional serif voice with heightened contrast and crisp finishing, optimized for impact and sophistication in prominent typography. Its forms prioritize elegance and sharp definition over casual readability, suggesting an emphasis on display and editorial hierarchy.

The sample text reveals a relatively tight internal spacing and compact apertures, which reinforces the dense, elegant color typical of high-contrast serifs. Diagonal strokes (notably in V, W, and Y) are thin and sharp, while rounded letters (O, Q, 0, 8, 9) show smooth, controlled curves with pronounced stress, producing a distinctly ‘cut’ look in larger sizes.
