A very slender italic serif with sharp, tapered stroke endings and small, wedge-like serifs that often feel more flared than bracketed. Strokes keep a consistently fine weight, with contrast expressed through subtle thick–thin modulation rather than heavy verticals, giving the letters a crisp, wiry texture. Capitals are tall and elegant with long entry/exit strokes, while lowercase forms show a calligraphic slant and generous internal spaces; the overall rhythm is open and lightly paced. Numerals follow the same delicate construction, with flowing curves and fine terminals that favor elegance over robustness.

Well-suited to editorial and literary typography—chapter titles, pull quotes, captions, and refined magazine layouts—especially when used at comfortable sizes with ample leading. It can also serve elegantly in formal invitations, programs, and branding applications that prioritize delicacy and sophistication over high-impact signage.

The tone is quiet and cultivated—more bookish and lyrical than forceful. Its thin, flowing italic shapes convey sophistication and restraint, with an airy presence that reads as classic and formal rather than casual or utilitarian.

The design appears intended to provide a classic italic voice with a light, calligraphic sensibility—emphasizing elegance, motion, and typographic refinement. Its narrow, tapered details suggest a focus on expressive text setting and high-end presentation rather than dense, small-size readability.

The italic angle is pronounced enough to create momentum in running text, and the long, tapering terminals add a distinctive sparkle at larger sizes. Because the strokes are extremely fine, the design’s character comes through best where spacing and contrast can be appreciated without crowding.
