This serif italic has sharply tapered, high-contrast strokes with thin hairlines and firm, triangular wedge serifs. Letterforms are noticeably slender with compact sidebearings, creating a tight, vertical rhythm even in italic. Curves are smooth and controlled, with pointed terminals and a consistent rightward slant; counters stay open and clean despite the narrow set. The capitals feel stately and slightly condensed, while the lowercase shows a lively, calligraphic construction with crisp joins and delicate entry/exit strokes. Numerals follow the same contrasty, angled logic, reading clearly while maintaining an elegant, streamlined silhouette.

Well suited for editorial typography where an italic voice is needed for emphasis—subheads, pull quotes, captions, and refined long-form italics. It also works effectively in luxury and fashion contexts for logos, packaging, and invitations where a sharp, elegant serif italic can carry a premium tone.

The overall tone is polished and cultured, combining classical bookish manners with a more fashion-forward, editorial snap. Its contrast and sharp detailing convey sophistication and a sense of premium refinement, while the italic movement adds energy and expressiveness.

The design appears intended to deliver a classic serif-italic reading texture with heightened refinement: narrow proportions, pronounced stroke contrast, and crisp serif detailing that keep text feeling formal while adding expressive, calligraphic motion.

The italic forms maintain strong consistency across cases, with particularly sharp apexes and pointed finishing strokes that emphasize a formal, stylized character. At smaller sizes the very thin hairlines may visually recede, while at display sizes the crisp contrast and wedge serifs become a defining feature.
