This typeface uses a sharply faceted, blackletter-like construction with straight vertical stems and crisp diagonal cuts that create diamond and wedge terminals. Stroke weight is fairly even, with contrast expressed more through angled joins and interior counter shapes than through calligraphic thick–thin modulation. Proportions are compact and tall, with narrow letterforms, tight sidebearings, and pointed arches that give the lowercase a dense, rhythmic texture. Capitals are similarly upright and segmented, and the numerals echo the same chiseled geometry with spurred corners and clipped curves.

Best suited to display typography where its angular texture and dense rhythm can be appreciated—such as posters, titles, headings, album artwork, packaging, or event branding with a historical or gothic theme. It can work for short passages or pull quotes at larger sizes, but the compact counters and tight rhythm make it less ideal for extended body text.

The overall tone is medieval and formal, with a severe, ceremonial presence. Its crisp angles and dark vertical rhythm evoke historical manuscripts and carved lettering, lending an authoritative, slightly ominous atmosphere that reads as traditional and dramatic rather than friendly or casual.

The design appears intended to translate blackletter tradition into a clean, geometric, faceted drawing that feels precise and carved. It prioritizes a strong vertical cadence and recognizable gothic silhouettes while keeping stroke weight controlled and edges sharply defined for impactful display use.

The font maintains consistent corner logic across caps, lowercase, and figures, producing a cohesive “cut-stone” feel. Counters tend to be small and angular, which increases darkness in text settings, while distinctive pointed terminals help differentiate similarly shaped glyphs at display sizes.
