A tall, tightly condensed display face built from heavy vertical slabs with razor-thin counter-strokes and internal cut-ins. The glyphs show a dominant vertical rhythm, with bowls and shoulders reduced to narrow notches and slits that read as sculpted voids rather than open counters. Curves are minimized and squared off, terminals are blunt, and several forms feature inset lines that create a carved, almost inline/stencil impression. Overall spacing feels compact, with strong black mass and sharp transitions that emphasize a rigid, columnar silhouette.

Best suited to short, attention-grabbing settings such as poster headlines, title cards, album art, branding marks, and packaging where its dense black presence can dominate. It works especially well at larger sizes and with generous line spacing, where the internal cut-ins remain legible and intentional.

The font projects a moody, high-drama personality with a slightly theatrical, noir-leaning feel. Its compressed proportions and carved details suggest machinery, signage, and stylized title treatments rather than neutral text. The tone is bold and assertive, with an experimental edge that feels vintage-modern at the same time.

The design appears intended to maximize visual impact in narrow widths by concentrating weight into vertical strokes and using carved interior details to differentiate characters. It favors graphic texture and silhouette-driven recognition, aiming for distinctive display typography that reads as bold, stylized signage.

Many letters rely on collapsed or near-collapsed interior spaces, so recognition comes from the outer silhouette and distinctive internal incisions. Numerals follow the same tall, compressed construction, maintaining a consistent poster-like texture across mixed-case and figures.
