A wide, high-contrast serif with sharp, sculpted terminals and bracketed serifs that flare subtly into the stems. Strokes transition from thin hairlines to sturdy verticals, creating a lively light–dark rhythm, especially in curves and diagonals. The letterforms feel open and generously proportioned, with rounded bowls (notably in O/Q) and crisp joins that keep counters clean. The lowercase shows traditional serif construction with a two-storey a, a compact, sturdy e, and a straight, minimally curved r; numerals are similarly wide and carefully balanced, with thin horizontals and pronounced terminals.

This style is well suited to editorial headlines, book and magazine typography, and cover work where a refined, classic serif voice is needed. It also fits premium branding, packaging, and formal invitations, particularly when set at medium-to-large sizes where the hairlines and crisp terminals can remain clear.

The font reads as formal and editorial, projecting a composed, bookish authority with a slightly decorative polish. Its high-contrast detailing and widened proportions add a sense of ceremony and sophistication rather than casual friendliness.

The design appears intended to blend classical serif proportions with heightened contrast and generous width for a more dramatic, display-leaning presence. It aims to deliver an elegant, authoritative tone while remaining structured and legible in short paragraphs and prominent titling.

Curved letters and diagonals show pronounced contrast, giving the design a sharp, engraved-like finish at display sizes. Spacing appears measured and even, helping long lines of text hold a steady texture despite the strong contrast and wide set.
