A refined serif with razor-thin hairlines and pronounced thick–thin modulation, creating a crisp, high-gloss texture on the page. Serifs read as delicate, wedge-like and often slightly flared at stroke ends, with sharp, tapered terminals that give contours a sculpted finish. Capitals are tall and stately with clean vertical stress and smooth, controlled curves; diagonals in letters like V, W, and Y feel taut and elegant. Lowercase maintains an even, readable rhythm with compact joins and a two-storey a; round letters (o, e) show a bright, open interior and fine entry/exit strokes. Numerals match the same polished contrast and tapering, lending a formal, display-oriented consistency.

Best suited for headlines, pull quotes, mastheads, and large-size typography where the contrast and hairlines can be appreciated. It also fits luxury brand identities, beauty/fashion packaging, and event materials that benefit from a formal, polished serif voice.

The overall tone is poised and sophisticated, with a dramatic, editorial sheen that suggests fashion, art publishing, and high-end branding. Its sharp transitions and hairline details convey precision and confidence, reading more “couture” than casual.

The design appears intended to deliver an elegant, modern-classic serif for display typography, balancing traditional proportions with sharper, more stylized tapering and flared endings to heighten sophistication and visual drama.

In text settings the thin horizontals and terminals create a luminous sparkle, while the heavier verticals keep words anchored and legible at larger sizes. The Q’s sweeping tail and the crisp, angled spurs and brackets add a slightly calligraphic bite without becoming ornamental.
