A conventional serif with pronounced contrast between thick stems and hairline connections, showing crisp, bracketed serifs and a slightly calligraphic modulation. Curves are full and rounded, while terminals often finish with small balls or teardrop shapes that add a decorative edge. The lowercase includes a single-storey a and g, with subtly flared joins and occasional inktrap-like notches where curves meet stems. Overall rhythm is lively but controlled, with sturdy capitals and a more characterful, slightly swashy lowercase.

Well-suited to headlines, subheads, and editorial titling where its contrast and terminal details can be appreciated. It also fits book jackets, magazine layouts, and brand identities that want a classic serif voice with a touch of ornament, and can work in short-to-medium reading passages at comfortable sizes.

The tone reads traditional and bookish, with a formal, editorial presence and a hint of vintage ornament. Decorative terminals introduce a mildly whimsical, boutique flavor without pushing into novelty territory.

The design appears intended to modernize a traditional text-serif foundation by adding expressive terminals and subtly sculpted joins, balancing readability with distinctive personality for editorial and branding use.

Numerals are robust and stylistically aligned with the text, with curvy forms and occasional interior teardrop counters that echo the ball-terminal motif seen elsewhere. The face maintains consistent contrast and serif treatment across caps, lowercase, and figures, giving it a cohesive, display-capable texture while remaining rooted in conventional serif forms.
