A condensed, decorative serif with uneven, hand-carved contours and deliberately irregular terminals. Strokes stay fairly consistent in thickness, while corners and joins form sharp notches, wedge-like serifs, and occasional bulbous flares that give each glyph a cut-from-paper silhouette. Counters are compact and slightly distorted, and verticals dominate the rhythm, producing a tight texture with lively edge noise. Numerals and lowercase follow the same idiosyncratic logic, maintaining cohesion through repeated pointed feet, clipped shoulders, and jagged spur details.

Best suited to display settings where personality is the main goal: posters, event flyers, book or chapter titles, game UI labels, and themed packaging. It also works for short pull quotes or signage where a quirky, slightly ominous flavor is desired, rather than extended reading.

The overall tone is mischievous and theatrical, reading as slightly eerie while still playful. Its choppy edges and warped proportions suggest a vintage “oddities” feel—part haunted handbill, part whimsical storybook—designed to signal character more than refinement.

The design appears intended to emulate a hand-cut or woodtype-like eccentricity—keeping a consistent stroke weight while introducing irregular contours and pointed serif gestures for a distinctive, one-off voice. It prioritizes mood, silhouette, and texture to stand out in themed or character-driven typography.

In text lines, the condensed set and irregular outlines create a strong dark color and an animated baseline, so spacing and word shapes feel intentionally unpredictable. The spiky diagonals and pinched apertures add bite at display sizes, while small sizes may amplify the busy edges.
