A calligraphic display face with steeply slanted, pen-driven strokes and pronounced thick–thin modulation. Letterforms show flared terminals and wedge-like serifs, with occasional swashed entry and exit strokes that create a lively, handwritten rhythm. Uppercase characters carry the strongest ornament, while lowercase remains simpler but still retains tapered stems and angular joins. Counters are relatively tight and the overall texture is dark, with irregular, hand-cut edges and subtly varied stroke endings that keep the line from feeling mechanical.

Best suited to short display settings where its contrast and ornament can be appreciated—titles, chapter heads, posters, game or fantasy branding, and themed invitations. It can also work for pull quotes or labels when set with generous spacing and ample size to preserve clarity.

The font evokes a medieval-to-renaissance manuscript flavor with a theatrical, storybook energy. Its sharp terminals and dramatic contrast read as ceremonial and slightly mysterious, suitable for fantasy or historical moods rather than everyday neutrality.

Designed to mimic broad-nib or brush calligraphy with a historical, blackletter-adjacent character, balancing legibility with expressive flourishes. The set emphasizes distinctive capitals and a dark, textured rhythm to create immediate atmosphere in display typography.

Figures follow the same calligraphic logic, mixing rounded forms with sharp notches and tapered terminals, helping them harmonize with text. In longer lines the strong slant and narrow proportions create a fast, forward motion, while the decorative caps act as focal points in headings.
