A delicate, hairline serif with crisp bracketed serifs and an even, carefully controlled rhythm. Strokes are slender with moderate thick–thin modulation and smooth, calligraphic joins, giving rounded forms (C, O, Q) a clean, polished contour. Proportions lean slightly narrow with generous sidebearings, creating a light, open color in text. Lowercase shows a two-storey a and g, a compact ear on g, and a relatively high-waisted e with a fine crossbar; ascenders are tall and steady, while terminals remain sharp and understated. Numerals are thin and elegant with classical shapes, including a curled 2 and a round, open 3, matching the type’s restrained refinement.

Well-suited to book and magazine typography, especially for headlines, pull quotes, and refined display settings where its hairline details can shine. It also fits formal invitations, cultural branding, and packaging that benefits from a quiet, classic elegance. For small sizes or low-resolution environments, the very fine strokes may require thoughtful sizing and production to retain contrast and serif detail.

The overall tone is poised and literary, conveying formality without heaviness. Its airy construction and precise detailing suggest a cultivated, editorial voice—more museum program and book-jacket than utilitarian UI.

Likely designed to deliver a conventional, classic reading serif with a noticeably light, graceful voice—balancing traditional proportions with a crisp, contemporary sharpness. The consistent spacing and restrained ornament suggest an emphasis on editorial versatility and understated sophistication.

The design’s light color and fine serifs favor larger sizes and high-quality output where thin strokes can be preserved. In continuous text, the wide internal counters and careful spacing help maintain clarity while keeping a distinctly sophisticated, old-world polish.
