A rough, hand-rendered sans with uneven stroke edges and a dry, inked texture that suggests worn printing or marker bleed. The letterforms are mostly simple and open, with rounded bowls and slightly irregular curves, while verticals and horizontals show subtle wobble and thickness fluctuations. Spacing and widths vary from glyph to glyph, creating a lively rhythm; counters remain generally clear, and the overall construction stays upright and readable despite the distressed perimeter.

Best suited to display uses where texture is desirable: posters and flyers, product labels and packaging, album/cover art, and editorial headlines that need a handmade edge. It can work for short bursts of body text when set generously, but it is most effective in titles, pull quotes, and branding accents where the distressed contours can be appreciated.

The font communicates an informal, tactile tone—like hand-stamped packaging, a DIY poster, or an old print pulled from a well-used plate. Its imperfect edges add warmth and grit, balancing friendliness with a slightly rugged, vintage-leaning character.

The design appears intended to mimic imperfect, analog letterforms—capturing the character of hand lettering or rough print reproduction while maintaining straightforward, legible shapes. The goal is likely to add authenticity and tactility to contemporary layouts without leaning into extreme distortion.

The distressed texture is consistent across caps, lowercase, and numerals, giving the set a cohesive “printed by hand” feel. At larger sizes the edge detail becomes a primary feature, while at smaller sizes it reads more like general roughness, so the texture intensity will depend on scale and reproduction method.
