A high-contrast serif italic with a pronounced rightward slant and crisp, finely tapered hairlines set against heavy verticals and thickened curves. The serifs are sharp and wedge-like, often with subtle bracketing, and many joins end in pointed terminals that emphasize a cut, engraved feel. Capitals show broad, stately proportions and strong thick–thin modulation, while the lowercase maintains a moderate x-height with lively ascenders and descenders. Round forms (o, e, c) are noticeably stressed and sculpted, and several letters introduce small flourished cues—especially in f, g, y, and z—without becoming fully script-like.

Best suited to display typography such as magazine and book-jacket headlines, luxury branding, campaign slogans, and poster titles where its contrast and italic motion can be showcased. It can also work for short emphatic passages—deck lines, pull quotes, and event invitations—when set with generous size and spacing.

The font reads as assertive and refined, combining luxury-periodical polish with a slightly theatrical, high-fashion energy. Its strong slant and dramatic contrast give it momentum and sparkle, lending a confident, showpiece tone to headlines and pull quotes.

The design appears aimed at delivering a contemporary, fashion-forward interpretation of classic high-contrast serif italics, prioritizing impact and sophistication. Its controlled flourishes and sharp finishing details suggest an intention to balance traditional editorial authority with expressive, attention-grabbing rhythm.

The heavy weight and razor-thin internal strokes create a bright, high-ink-density texture at display sizes, while tight counters in letters like a, e, and s can appear more compact as size decreases. Numerals match the italic rhythm and contrast, keeping the set cohesive for pricing, dates, and short figure strings.
