A condensed serif with tall, slender proportions and compact counters, rendered with noticeably rough, uneven edges that mimic worn metal type or dry-ink printing. Strokes show modest contrast with slightly flared terminals and small, bracket-like serifs, while curves and joins stay a bit lumpy and organic. Spacing and widths vary from glyph to glyph, creating a lively, imperfect rhythm that feels printed rather than digitally pristine.

Works well for titling and short-to-medium passages where you want a historical or handcrafted print feel—posters, book covers, museum/heritage materials, theatrical ephemera, game UI/world-building text, and branding that leans vintage. It can also serve as a texture-forward secondary text face in layouts that need a touch of grit without going fully grunge.

This face conveys a weathered, archival mood—like type pulled from an old broadside, field notes, or a well-used book plate. The irregularities read as human and slightly uncanny, lending a folkloric, historical, and subtly gritty tone rather than a polished editorial voice.

The design appears intended to simulate an aged, imperfect printing impression while retaining the basic structure of a traditional serif text face. Its condensed build and restrained contrast keep it readable, while the distressed contouring adds instant period flavor and atmosphere.

The alphabet shows consistent texturing across caps, lowercase, and numerals, with particularly tall ascenders and narrow forms that emphasize verticality. Numerals and punctuation carry the same roughened contour, helping the overall page color stay cohesive in running text.
