A condensed, right-slanted display face with tall proportions and crisp, knife-like terminals. Strokes are generally sturdy and even, but many forms are visibly “split” with narrow, vertical counters and wedge-like cut-ins that create a stencil/ink-trap feel. The curves are tightened into teardrop bowls and hooked joins, while ascenders and descenders run long and taper to sharp points. Letterforms keep a consistent rhythmic slant and repeat distinctive interior notches across capitals, lowercase, and figures, giving the set a unified, cut-paper calligraphy texture.

Best suited for headlines, posters, title cards, and branding marks where the distinctive cut-in shapes can be appreciated at larger sizes. It can also work for packaging and editorial display settings that want a gothic, period-leaning accent, especially in short phrases rather than dense paragraphs.

The overall tone is gothic and dramatic, combining medieval/blackletter cues with a show-poster energy. It feels mysterious and ceremonial, with a slightly sinister elegance that reads as vintage and theatrical rather than casual.

The design appears intended to evoke blackletter tradition through sharp terminals, compressed proportions, and rhythmic verticality, while modernizing the feel with consistent stencil-like splits that add texture and memorability. It prioritizes visual impact and stylistic cohesion over neutral readability.

In text, the repeated internal splits and narrow counters become a strong pattern, so spacing and size will heavily influence legibility. The numerals match the same carved, tapered logic as the letters, maintaining the display-first character across mixed content.
