A heavy, block-built slab serif with squared terminals and a pronounced, mechanical structure. Strokes are broadly even with firm, rectangular serifs, and many letters feature deliberate vertical splits and notches that read like stencil bridges or cutout joins, including in bowls and counters. The overall rhythm is wide and sturdy, with compact apertures, large enclosed counters, and simplified interior shapes that prioritize impact over delicacy. Numerals and capitals carry the same chunky geometry, producing a consistent, stamped look across the set.

Best suited to display settings where a bold, rugged voice is desirable—posters, product packaging, logotypes, labels, and signage. It can work for short bursts of text (titles, pull quotes, badges), while longer passages benefit from generous size and spacing to keep the split counters from overwhelming legibility.

The font projects an industrial, no-nonsense tone with a vintage stenciled flavor. Its cut-in details add a rugged, utilitarian character—suggesting signage, crates, and workwear labeling—while the bold slabs keep the voice confident and headline-forward. Overall it feels assertive, slightly retro, and built for attention.

The design appears intended to merge classic slab-serif solidity with stencil-like interruptions, creating a bold face that reads as manufactured and functional. Its geometry and internal cut-ins suggest a focus on high-impact display typography that evokes printed marks, stamped lettering, and industrial-era graphics.

The repeated internal breaks create strong texture in running text, increasing visual noise and giving the face a distinctive “punched” pattern. Counters in rounded letters (like O/Q and lowercases such as a/e/o) are partially segmented, which enhances the stencil impression and can reduce clarity at small sizes. The lowercase is sturdy and compact, with a single-storey feel in several forms and a generally simplified construction.
