A narrow, calligraphic blackletter with sharply pointed terminals, fractured curves, and strong stroke contrast. Stems are vertical and brisk, with wedge-like serifs and knife-edged joins that create a rhythmic, broken texture across words. Capitals are ornate yet compact, mixing curved bowls with angular spurs and occasional interior cut-ins; lowercase forms are tightly constructed with restrained counters and crisp diagonals. Numerals follow the same carved, calligraphic logic, showing tapered strokes and angled feet that align with the overall gothic structure.

Best suited to short, prominent settings such as posters, book or album titles, mastheads, labels, and identity work that benefits from a historic or gothic voice. It can also work for pull quotes or section headers where a dense, ornamental texture is desired.

The face projects a medieval, ceremonial tone—formal, dramatic, and slightly severe. Its dense, rhythmic texture and pointed detailing evoke manuscripts, heraldry, and old-world proclamations rather than casual reading.

The design appears intended to deliver an authentic manuscript-inspired presence with compact proportions and a strong vertical cadence. Its emphasis on fractured forms, pointed terminals, and decorated capitals suggests a focus on evocative display typography rather than extended body text.

In the sample text, word shapes form a consistent dark band with distinct vertical rhythm, while distinctive capitals add emphasis at line starts. The narrow proportions and intricate joins make the design feel authoritative in display settings, with some glyphs showing decorative inflections (notably in select capitals) that increase historic character.
