A very light, italic slab-serif with crisp, square-ended serifs and a wiry monoline feel. The letterforms lean consistently and show gently calligraphic stroke flow without strong thick–thin contrast. Serifs appear unbracketed and cleanly attached, giving sharp terminals on stems and cross-strokes, while bowls and curves stay open and round. Proportions favor a short x-height with relatively tall ascenders and descenders, creating a lively vertical rhythm; spacing reads moderately open, with an irregular, humanist cadence in the lowercase.

Best suited to editorial typography, pull quotes, and display-to-text crossover use where a light, expressive italic can add personality without heavy contrast. It can work well for invitations, boutique branding, and cultural or literary materials, especially at comfortable reading sizes where the thin strokes remain visible.

The overall tone is bookish and expressive—refined enough for elegant settings, but with a playful, slightly eccentric character that keeps it from feeling strictly formal. The light color and italic movement add a delicate, handwritten-influenced energy that can feel vintage and artistic.

The design appears intended to blend the structural clarity of slab serifs with an italic, humanist rhythm—delivering a distinctive, literary voice that feels crafted rather than mechanical. Its sharp, square serifs provide definition, while the light weight and short x-height aim for elegance and a slightly whimsical tone.

In text, the face maintains clarity through distinct silhouettes and generous counters, while the very light strokes emphasize a gentle, airy texture. Numerals and capitals keep the same sharp slab cues, helping headings and short phrases feel consistent with the more animated lowercase.
