A jagged, hand-drawn display face built from sharp, wedge-like strokes and tapered terminals. Letterforms are narrow and angular, with frequent internal breaks and uneven contours that create a scratched, eroded silhouette. Stroke contrast is pronounced within many glyphs, shifting from thin hairline slashes to heavier inked wedges, producing a restless rhythm across words. Curves are rare and often faceted; counters appear pinched or irregular, and joins feel carved rather than smoothly drawn.

Best suited to short, high-impact text such as horror and thriller titles, game and film key art, album covers, event posters, and themed packaging. It can also work for logo-style wordmarks when a rough, hostile texture is desired, but the distressed detailing makes it less appropriate for small sizes or long reading passages.

The font projects a dark, menacing tone with a raw, improvised energy—more like marks cut into wood or scratched with a blade than carefully penned lettering. Its spiky texture and inconsistent edges evoke occult, horror, and high-tension genre cues while still remaining readable at display sizes.

The design appears intended to simulate distressed, scratch-made lettering with aggressive angles and torn edges, prioritizing atmosphere and texture over typographic neutrality. Its controlled repetition of tapered cuts and faceted shapes suggests a purposeful “carved/ritual” aesthetic meant for dramatic display settings.

Uppercase forms tend to feel more emblematic and rune-like, while lowercase retains the same angular vocabulary with compact bowls and pointed arches. Numerals follow the same knife-cut logic, with sharp diagonals and fractured inner spaces that keep the set visually cohesive.
