A rugged display face with heavily eroded outlines and mottled interiors that mimic ink bleed and worn printing. Strokes are chunky and dark, with abrupt nicks, torn-looking terminals, and uneven contour wobble that creates a noisy silhouette. The letterforms are mostly straight and upright with simple, blocky construction, while counters often appear partially filled or chipped, increasing texture and weight density. Spacing and widths feel irregular by design, giving the overall rhythm a rough, handmade cadence that stays legible at larger sizes.

Best suited to display settings such as posters, title sequences, packaging accents, and cover work where texture is desirable. It works well for horror, dark fantasy, or gritty editorial themes, and for logos or headlines that need a weathered, analog feel. For longer passages, it will read most comfortably at larger sizes with ample spacing.

The texture and distressed edges give the font a gritty, ominous tone that reads as DIY, underground, and slightly sinister. Its torn-ink appearance suggests age, corrosion, or rough reproduction, lending a dramatic, atmospheric voice rather than a polished one.

The design appears intended to capture the look of rough, degraded lettering—like stamped, screen-printed, or photocopied type that has been worn down—while keeping familiar letter shapes for headline legibility. The consistent erosion pattern across glyphs prioritizes atmosphere and impact over refinement.

In the sample text, the distressed detail becomes a dominant visual feature, so the face benefits from generous tracking and higher contrast backgrounds. Numerals and capitals carry the same shredded, ink-clotted treatment, helping maintain consistency in titling and short bursts of text.
