A heavy, inked display face with deliberately irregular outlines and ragged edges that suggest worn type or rough printing. Strokes are thick with occasional pinched joins and bite-like gaps, producing a choppy silhouette and uneven color across words. The texture appears both on outer contours and within counters, which can look slightly clogged or notched depending on the letter. Letterforms are mostly upright with a tall lowercase presence, while widths vary noticeably from glyph to glyph, creating a lively, uneven rhythm.

Best suited to large-size applications where the rough texture can be appreciated: posters, headlines, title treatments, album/cover art, and packaging with a crafted or vintage sensibility. It also works well for labels, badges, and short punchy statements where an intentionally worn, tactile look is desired.

The overall tone feels gritty and old-world, like aged signage, battered poster type, or ink pulled from a distressed block. Its irregularities read as tactile and handmade rather than polished, giving text a tough, atmospheric character. The voice is bold and emphatic, with a slightly mischievous, punky edge.

This font appears designed to mimic the imperfections of aged print—uneven inking, eroded edges, and slightly damaged counters—while keeping the underlying letterforms clear enough for display use. The goal seems to be instant atmosphere and character rather than neutral readability, adding a handmade, weathered finish to otherwise straightforward shapes.

In paragraph-like settings the distressed texture creates strong visual noise, so spacing and line length become important to avoid dark clumps. Uppercase shapes read as chunky and commanding, while the lowercase maintains a sturdy, workmanlike feel with consistently heavy stems and rough terminals.
