A wiry, handwritten serif with a consistent rightward slant and uneven, roughened contours that suggest a dry-ink or worn-print texture. Strokes are slender with subtle contrast and softly tapered terminals; edges wobble slightly as if drawn with a pen on absorbent paper. Forms are compact and somewhat condensed, with tight bowls and narrow apertures, while spacing and widths vary from glyph to glyph for a natural, non-mechanical rhythm. Numerals and lowercase share the same hand-rendered irregularity, with occasional curl-like hooks and small spur-like serifs that keep the texture active in running text.

Well-suited to display uses where a handcrafted, vintage-leaning texture is desirable—such as posters, book covers, café/market branding, craft packaging, and short headlines. It can also work for pull quotes or subheads when you want a personable, analog feel without fully switching to connected script.

The overall tone feels human, informal, and slightly timeworn—like notes, labels, or copy set from a weathered print source. Its irregular texture adds warmth and character, leaning toward a rustic, artisanal mood rather than polished editorial refinement.

The design appears intended to mimic hand-lettered serif writing with a deliberately imperfect, worn surface, capturing the look of ink bleed, dry brush, or aged printing. Its goal is to add personality and narrative texture while remaining readable in short-to-medium blocks of text.

In longer lines the texture becomes a prominent feature, creating a lively sparkle and a lightly distressed color on the page. The italic lean and narrow letterforms help it stay legible at moderate sizes, though the rough edges and variable widths make it most convincing when used for expressive, character-driven typography rather than dense, small-text reading.
