A jagged, display-focused blackletter-inspired design with chunky vertical stems and sharply bitten terminals. Counters are uneven and irregular, and the outlines look intentionally eroded, producing a torn, spiky silhouette rather than smooth curves. Stroke endings taper into points and notches, while interior joins feel fractured, giving letters a rough, cut-paper rhythm. Overall spacing is compact and the texture is dense, with strong inked mass and lively edge noise that reads as deliberate distressing.

Best suited to short, high-impact settings such as posters, title cards, event flyers, and packaging where an eerie or macabre atmosphere is desired. It performs especially well in large headlines and wordmarks where the distressed details can be appreciated and the aggressive silhouette can carry the composition.

The font projects an ominous, haunted tone—equal parts gothic and gritty. Its ragged edges and sharp protrusions evoke decay, danger, and supernatural theatrics, making the voice feel loud, unsettling, and attention-grabbing rather than refined or neutral.

The design appears intended to fuse gothic letter structure with a deliberately damaged, spiked finish, creating a dramatic display face that signals horror and dark fantasy at first glance. Its consistent edge distressing and sharp terminal language prioritize mood and spectacle over continuous long-text comfort.

At text sizes the distressed contour becomes a consistent surface texture, while at larger sizes individual nicks and spikes become prominent graphic features. Numerals share the same irregular, carved look, helping headlines and poster-style layouts maintain a unified, horror-forward texture.
