A delicate oldstyle serif italic with pronounced thick–thin modulation and hairline finishing strokes. The letterforms are compact and vertically oriented, with a steady rightward slant and flowing entry/exit strokes that give the texture a continuous rhythm. Serifs are small and finely bracketed, often resolving into tapered, pointed terminals rather than flat slabs. Counters are relatively narrow and the curves show an oblique stress, producing a crisp, bright page color at text sizes while remaining graceful in display settings.

Well-suited to editorial typography such as magazine features, book typography, and refined promotional material where an elegant italic voice is needed. It can serve effectively for pull quotes, intros, captions, and other emphasis styles, and it also performs well in upscale branding applications when set with generous spacing and careful leading.

The overall tone is polished and literary, with a distinctly editorial sophistication. Its italic movement feels poised and expressive rather than casual, suggesting tradition, taste, and a premium sensibility. The combination of fine serifs and sharp terminals lends a formal, slightly dramatic character suited to high-end presentation.

This design appears intended as a refined text-serif italic that balances legibility with expressive movement. The compact proportions and consistent modulation suggest it was drawn to provide a sophisticated typographic color for extended reading while also offering a graceful, premium tone in larger sizes.

Lowercase forms lean toward a calligraphic construction with single-storey a and g and a slender, looping f that reinforces the cursive flow. Capitals are restrained and stately, relying on subtle serifing and controlled curves rather than overt ornament. Numerals share the same thin finishing strokes and angled stance, integrating cleanly with text.
